Physical Therapy Aide – Onsite (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Montauk, NY 11954 (must live within 20 miles; daily onsite role)

Compensation: $25/hour W2 | Contract-to-Hire at $50,000

We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and organized Physical Therapy Aide to join our practice in Montauk. This role requires someone who is eager to jump in wherever needed—whether it’s supporting patients with therapy exercises or pitching in with day-to-day office tasks. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, a team-first attitude, and the flexibility to handle both clinical and general support responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead patients through prescribed therapy exercises and document results
• Manage up to 3 patients daily with care and attention
• Keep treatment areas organized and equipment maintained
• Support the office with tasks big and small (the doctor used the example of someone willing to replace toilet paper if they see it’s needed)
• Provide a welcoming and respectful environment for patients

Requirements

• Must live within 20 miles of Montauk, NY 11954
• Work onsite every day (this is not a remote role)
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Team player with sharp attention to detail
• Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor
• Energetic, dependable, and willing to learn
