Administers physical therapy treatment as prescribed by physician. Evaluates effectiveness of treatment by observing patient progress. Maintains required patient and departmental records.
Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited institution, including a supervised clinical internship. Current licensure in the state of West Virginia. Current CPR certification.
