What You'll Do: - Provide one-on-one fitness coaching through video consultations and text-based support on our platform
- Tailor fitness programs to each client, adapting to their fitness levels, goals, and any limitations
- Collaborate on innovative fitness content and program ideas to enhance our platform's offerings
- Build lasting client relationships through clear and supportive communication
- Stay current on fitness trends and best practices to continually improve client results
- Respond quickly to client questions and feedback to ensure satisfaction and promote client retention
What We're Looking For - Experience: Proven work experience as a Physical Fitness Trainer
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Certification: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification from a recognized fitness organization
- Skills: Strong communication skills in English and local language, with the ability to simplify complex fitness concepts
- Content Creation: Ability to produce engaging video and written content
- Approach: Empathetic, client-focused approach with a true passion for helping clients reach their goals
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in fitness tracking software, video conferencing, and other relevant digital tools
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
