Job Title: Freelance Photo Retoucher (Advanced Color Editing)

Project Timeline: January-February 2026

Estimated Hours: 80-100 hours over 6-8 weeks (2-3 weeks of active retouching) Location: Remote

Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced Photo Retoucher to support an upcoming product launch campaign. This role focuses on advanced retouching techniques to update existing photography assets in line with current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex color changes on product images (e.g., changing stroller canopy fabric from black to pastel pink) while preserving realistic textures.
• Apply additional edits such as adding logos, labels, and cloth tabs.
• Adjust surrounding elements for visual consistency (e.g., clothing colors when product colors change).
• Execute precise clipping paths, especially around clothing and baby carriers.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all retouched assets.
• Collaborate with the creative team for reviews and revisions:
• Submit initial edits.
• Incorporate feedback from Art Directors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in advanced photo retouching with a strong portfolio showcasing:
• Before-and-after examples of color changes on textured fabrics.
• Expertise in:
• Complex color adjustments.
• Preserving fabric texture and realistic details.
• Clipping paths and detailed masking.
• Ability to work with provided color swatches and detailed briefs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
