BHC is seeking personal caregivers to join our team in Hoover, AL and the surrounding areas. We are a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to a individual clients in their home.We are expanding our client base rapidly and are building a flexible, skilled roster to meet the growing demand. As we onboard new clients weekly, there will be exciting opportunities for growth and increased hours.

PRN position with the potential to become more regular/full-time as we onboard new clients.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

You will be entrusted with the responsibility of providing care to a individual clients in their home. Your primary objective will be to enhance their quality of life and promote their well-being while fostering independence and dignity. You will be an invaluable companion, assisting with daily activities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

• Establishing genuine connections and building trust with clients through compassionate care
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Providing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Reminding clients of medications and appointments
• Providing care for clients with memory impairments

*No experience necessary - If you are a caring person, we will provide you with the proper training.
