Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify, source, and attract top candidates for various roles.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction and success.
Use job boards, social media, networking, and other tools to source qualified candidates.
Advise clients on talent acquisition best practices and market trends.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate pipeline and database.
Collaborate with team members to achieve team and individual recruitment goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
Travel-nursing background preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
A proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
