Paid Time Off: Amsurg offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position exists to process payroll for approximately 30 AMSURG surgery centers with individual FEINs across the United States. The position will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers who have payroll related questions and concerns.
This is a remote entry-level position, allowing the Payroll Specialist I position to be based primarily from home. Candidates must be willing to work a CST time zone Monday-Friday.

Education/Experience:
BS degree in Human Resources, Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience desired. Candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years payroll processing experience. Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local wage and hour and ERISA laws. Experience with UltiPro software desired.
