About the Company
Legalpeople is recruiting candidates for an interim part-time real estate role. Our client, a Chicago based boutique law firm, is seeking a part-time transactional real estate attorney to support commercial real estate transactions. The firm services clients in the public and private sectors, including developers, private companies and governmental agencies.
About the Role
The work will primarily involve commercial real estate transactions, including reviewing and drafting purchase and sale agreements, conducting due diligence and title searches, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and preparing closing documents.
