As a Customer Service Agent, you will leave everyday feeling fulfilled because you have the power to create a positive start to a passenger's trip. Don't let that smile go to waste, be the first to greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience. This position provides the perfect balance if you enjoy computers and learning new programs. You will be able to utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes all while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. No time for the gym? No problem! You will get a good workout in while lifting the customers' bags onto the belt and seeing them off to their destination. This is not a repetitive 9-5 job. Qualifications Requirements: ~ Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds. ~18 years or older. ~ High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent. ~ Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. ~ Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
