Buynak Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an invaluable opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and professionals across a variety of legal disciplines, including business law, estate planning and real estate. You will play a critical role in supporting case management, client relations, and document preparation, while gaining exposure to innovative legal strategies and complex matters. We are looking for a paralegal with 1-3 years of experience and preferably some administrative and/or financial background. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to expand their legal knowledge into new fields (or deepen their previous knowledge) and contribute to a stimulating environment. Qualifications.

• Exceptional work ethic, industrious, attention to detail.
• Professional attitude, ethics, and dress.
• Punctual, reliable, on-task in office, career-oriented.
• Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols, knowledge of the Santa Barbara court system is a plus.
• Tidy, ability to develop and follow Firm protocols, type well, and transcribe dictation.

Position.

• Assisting Attorney Tim Buynak and other legal associates.
• Familiarity with business, corporations, real property, estate planning, and litigation.
• Regular work hours (8:30-5:00), full-time at Brinkerhoff Office.
• Ability to manage client needs, work independently.
• Usual law office computer skills, Microsoft Office.
