Job Description
Local company is now accepting applications for skilled pallet manufacturing positions. We operate on 1st shift, Monday through Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and 8:00am–12:00pm on Fridays. Starting wage is $14.50/hr, plus attendance bonus. Performance based raise available within first 30 days of employment. Experience preferred. 1. Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
2. Selecting appropriate materials for pallet construction.
3. Measuring, cutting, and assembling pallet components.
4. Using various tools such as saws, nail guns, and hammers to build pallets.
5. Ensuring the quality and structural integrity of the pallets.
6. Following safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
7. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
8. Communicating with supervisors and team members.
