Job Description

We’re a fast-growing women’s clothing boutique looking for a results-driven Meta Ads expert to own and scale our Facebook & Instagram advertising. This role is directly responsible for revenue growth through paid social — from daily promos and product launches to major giveaways and viral moments. This role includes the opportunity for a monthly and/or quarterly performance-based bonus tied directly to key advertising outcomes. Bonus eligibility is based on achieving and exceeding agreed-upon targets related to ROAS, CPA, revenue growth, and successful scaling of promotions, product launches, and giveaways. Specific bonus targets will be clearly defined in advance and reviewed regularly to ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities: • Own Facebook & Instagram ad strategy from planning to execution • Manage a daily budget $40k+ • Launch, optimize, and scale daily promos, sales, product drops, and giveaways • Build high-converting campaign structures (prospecting, retargeting, scaling) • Continuously test creative, hooks, copy, audiences, and offers • Manage and scale ad spend profitably based on performance • Collaborate with the creative team on UGC, product videos, and lifestyle content • Analyze performance daily and adjust for efficiency and scale • Track performance and report on revenue, ROAS, CPA, and growth trends • Stay ahead of Meta platform changes and best practices Qualifications: • 2+ years experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads for e-commerce • Proven ability to drive profitable ROAS at scale • Strong understanding of conversion-focused creative (UGC, lifestyle, product try-ons, promos) • Experience launching and optimizing sales, drops, and promotional campaigns • Comfortable managing daily ad budgets and scaling spend based on performance • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills • Ability to test, iterate, and optimize quickly • Familiarity with Shopify and basic funnel structure • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven BONUS QUALS • Fashion or women’s apparel experience • Experience running giveaway or sweepstakes campaigns • Familiarity with GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools • Copywriting or creative strategy experience • Ability to manage or mentor junior team members About Company: Welcome to Freckled Poppy!
