• Lead and develop the overhead door division, driving sales growth and operational efficiency
  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial markets
  
• Manage customer relationships, providing expert consultation and customized solutions
  
• Oversee project execution from initial sales to installation and completion
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
  
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitor activities
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress
  

• Proven experience in overhead door sales, installation, or a related industry
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive performance
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners
  
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals
  
• Knowledge of overhead door systems, installation processes, and market trends
  
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
  
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
