As an Outside Sales Representative , you’ll take full ownership of your territory: meeting customers face-to-face, uncovering opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be the bridge between innovation and service, backed by a company that’s been trusted by sign professionals across the Midwest for decades.

What You’ll Do

• Grow your territory through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
• Become an expert on sign materials, printers, and digital solutions — helping customers find the right products.
• Work closely with inside sales, operations, and technical support to deliver seamless service.
• Represent Wensco at trade shows and local industry events.
• Share market insights and collaborate with leadership to shape future growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B sales experience (2+ years).
• Consultative selling approach and strong communication skills.
• Self-driven mindset — you own your schedule and your results.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP tools (Prophet 21 preferred).
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
