SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am

JOB SUMMARY

Our Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for processing and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Appropriately applying labels to all products for shipment. Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods.
• Confirming products' unit counts and labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers.
• Staging, packing, and sealing all finished orders for delivery  
• Weighing and recording packages gross weight prior to shipment

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure  
• Well organized and ability to keep deadlines  
• Works well with all peers  
• Effective communication skills  
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment   
• General computer knowledge 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to torso level is necessary
