Job Description

We are immediately hiring for Oracle Database Administrator ( Top secret clearance) Top Seceret Clearance should be active CompTIA Security+ Certificate Remote Supports multiple services and multiple databases from medium to highly complex as defined by size, complexity, system interfaces and feeds, and technology used). Ensures integrity, control, and accessibility of data for multiple concurrent users. Responsible for standards and design of database maintenance, security administration, and physical data storage. Performs backup and recovery. Configures database parameters and defines data dictionaries, warehouse, and data repository requirements. Manages database access and allocates/re-allocates database resources for optimum configuration, performance, and cost. Acts as liaison with internal and external customers to develop data solutions with current data warehouse structures. Develops and creates reports using various data sources. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or another related field. Ability to manage multiple assignments. Superior written and oral communication skills. 8-12+ years of experience. MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

• RAC 11g, 12 c
• Golden Gate 11g and 12c
• Oracle DB 11g and 12c
• Setting up Physical Data guard
• Migration of Databases

DESIRED SKILLS:

8-12+ years of Oracle DBA or equivalent experience using Oracle 11-12 versions

• Expert Level experience with Oracle Goldengate
• Expert Level experience with Oracle 12c upgrades with near zero downtime for multi-TB mission critical systems
• Expert Level experience with Oracle Data Guard and Active Data Guard
• Expert Level experience with Oracle database data center migrations
• Working knowledge of Oracle Transparent Data Encryption
• Working knowledge of Oracle Data Masking Expert in database and system level tuning, ability to review all Oracle and like system performance reports (AWR, ADDM, ASH Reports)
• 5-7 years of Linux/Unix technical scripting and utilities Working knowledge of project management concepts Excellent business knowledge Excellent interpersonal skills Strong Decision-making and leadership abilities Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired experience with SAP based systems Desired experience with high performance system appliances such as HANA.
