Contract to Hire

Our client is a leader in their industry with a corporate headquarters in King of Prussia. They are  seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our corporate office.

**Key Qualifications:**
- High School diploma or GED, with 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professional demeanor.
- Excellent customer service and public relations skills.
- Experience with Concur software is a plus.
- Comfortable using office equipment such as computers, calculators, and copiers.

As the Office Coordinator, you will handle essential office tasks, manage vendor relationships, and support both administrative and procurement activities. This 100% in-office role includes coordinating senior staff schedules, organizing meetings, managing office supplies, and more.
