Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and exceptional administrative skills? Join our team in Broken Arrow as an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper!

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain the general ledger and assist with month-end close procedures.
• Prepare and review financial reports as needed.

• Handle data entry, filing, and scanning of documents.
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
• Maintain office organization and supplies inventory.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
• Perform tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

• Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices.
• Previous experience with AP/AR, payroll processing, and general ledger management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
