Physician Assistant-General Surgery Killington Vermont
We are looking for an inpatient/outpatient clinical Advanced Practitioner to join our General Surgery team. Our General Surgery practice is hospital owned. This is a fulltime position. Under the direction of the General Surgery Medical Director and physicians, the AP will provide healthcare services to surgical patients, following established standards in both an inpatient and clinic setting.
Patient encounters will include the breadth of nonoperative clinical care in a surgical practice. Day-to-day primary responsibility will be given to operative and procedural assisting.
Involves first call and first assist.
Cerner EMR.
Surgical experience preferred. ACLS, BLS.
The hospital is licensed for 100 beds. Service area 85,000.
CME allotment and 5 days paid to attend.
Combined time off 32 days.
Malpractice, Health, Dental, and Disability insurance provided.
Sign-on bonus and relocation allotments.
