About This Role:

• Ensures optimal network performance through monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning; escalates issues as needed to maintain uptime and efficiency.
• Secures and maintains network infrastructure by managing access, firewalls, disaster recovery plans, and documentation; ensures compliance with confidentiality policies.
• Supports ongoing improvements by evaluating, testing, and implementing network upgrades and emerging technologies in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Provides user support via Help Desk channels, maintains on-site/cloud servers, and actively participates in professional development and cross-functional projects.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, computer major preferred
• Network experience – Cisco, Meraki
• Prefer healthcare experience
• Experience with medical imaging hardware/software
• Experience troubleshooting computer and/or network issues
• Experience managing cloud servers/services
• Experience managing Active directory services
