Mortgage Field Services Inspector FAR Inspections is reporting on residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders. The role offers a flexible schedule, predictable income, and 1099 compensation. Contractors based in Reno, NV, will inspect all properties within their assigned county.
This is a 1099 position. Each inspection has a flat rate. Rates vary by county and volume. Although paid per inspection, the equivalent of $30?$40 per hour is earned. Depending on county and urban/rural location, 20?500 inspections per month and 2?30 hours per week are typical. Lower volume counties have higher rates, and higher volume counties have lower rates. No set amount of inspections per month, but work is consistent month?to?month. No additional mileage reimbursement above the flat fee per inspection.
