In partnership with United Way Capital Region , TCCA will be providing tax services through the Money in Your Pocket or VITA program . To make this opportunity a success we will need volunteers to help us! As a tax preparer for the 2026 tax season, you will be helping low to moderate income families do their taxes. There is NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY and ALL TRAINING IS PROVIDED . Returns are prepared with an easy to use computer software. Volunteers will receive IRS tax training and certification, which can help in both their personal and professional lives!
This opportunity is available every Tuesday and Thursday starting on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026 and ending Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:30 PM . We would love to have the same weekly tax preparers, however, we appreciate any and all support!
