Job Description 
This is a 12-month, full-time secretarial position working 7.5 hours per day. The position is responsible for providing direct support to the Middle School Principal and Assistant Principal in the operation of the office and programs. Prior experience working with budgets and purchase orders preferred. Competitive pay and benefits package.

• Prior secretarial experience required
  


• High School Diploma or equivalent required
  


• Additional training or degree in business or related fields preferred
  


• Highly skilled in office technology, including Google Applications, Microsoft Office and Database Programs
  


• Must possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  


• Must be cooperative, congenial and customer service oriented
  


• Ability to handle confidential information
  


• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
  


• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
  


• Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
