Are you ready for a fun, low-key job hanging out with dogs, exercising, and earning some extra money? We're looking for an energetic, thoughtful, and reliable pet lover who would love to earn some extra money by walking dogs and visiting kitties! If you are free from 11 am - 3 pm on weekdays, this is the perfect way to get paid doing something you'll love. Plus when you do an awesome job you get rewarded with kisses and some very happy faces shining back at you!
The pet parents we service are located in downtown Charleston, on James Island, Johns Island, Avondale, and Folly Beach so you need to live in one of those locations, too.
PAY DETAILS - Average pay is $10 per 30 minute visit
- Usually 3 - 4 visits per day, and more if available!

SCHEDULE INFO - Midday from 11 am - 3 pm (extra hours available, if interested!)
- You must be available at least 4 or 5 weekdays each week

- Willing to get dirty - you'll be picking up poop and other pet messes

WHAT A DOG WALKER DOES: You'll travel to client homes around Charleston to provide dog walking, exercise, and love to dogs. We spend our days outside walking energetic dogs (both big and small), so you need to be ok getting a little sweaty, dirty and hairy, and not be opposed to dog kisses.
After every visit, we send a visit journal and photos to the pet parents so they can see how much fun their pet had with us.
We take professional dog walking and pet care seriously and always work to be the best professional pet care team in Charleston. It's a serious job, but is also the perfect way to get paid to exercise and play with dogs and cats! Many of our staff say it's the best job they've ever had!
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Must live in downtown Charleston, James Island, Folly Beach, Johns Island, or Avondale
- US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US for at least the next 12 months
- 18 years of age or older
- Clear background check
- Have your own reliable motor vehicle, car insurance, and valid Driver's License
- Willing to drive to all parts of our service area for visits (downtown Charleston, James Island, Folly Beach, Johns Island, and Avondale)
- Have a cell phone with internet access
- Willing to take a Pet Emergency Care certification class
- Able to commit to this position for at least 6 months from date of hire
