Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed effectively to maximize sales and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with store management and staff to maintain inventory levels, implement merchandising strategies, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and ensuring timely replenishment of products.
• Collaborate with retail sales teams to develop effective merchandising strategies that align with market trends.
• Train and develop staff on best practices for product placement, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to track sales data and inventory movement.
• Communicate effectively with store management regarding product performance and customer feedback.
• Organize promotional displays and ensure they are visually appealing to attract customers.
• Lead initiatives to improve overall store presentation and customer satisfaction.
