Position: Member Service Representative
Location: 2440 E Rand Road, Arlington Heights IL 60004

Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to members in-person, over the
phone, and via digital channels.
Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and
account inquiries.
Educate members on our products and services to help them make informed financial
decisions. Including opening new accounts.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services that meet members' needs and
enhance their financial well-being.
Resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a
positive experience with every interaction.
Adhere to regulatory compliance and security procedures to safeguard members'
confidential information and mitigate risk.
Assist with back-office processing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior customer service experience in a financial institution or related field is desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and empathize with
members' needs.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and technology, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team
members to achieve common goals.
