About Us: Stanislaw Facial Plastic Surgery Center, LLC, established in 2001 by Dr. Paul Stanislaw, Jr., MD, is a leading solo medical practice specializing in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and are looking to expand our practice to include a multi-specialty cosmetic destination.

Position: Medical Office Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an entrepreneur-minded individual who is passionate about building a brand and business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, and management, with a keen interest in the healthcare and cosmetic surgery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely ordering.
• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
• Create and implement social media content and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative and reporting tasks.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the practice, including hiring physicians and expanding service offerings.
• Work towards the goal of creating a franchise and owning a dedicated building for the practice.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business development, marketing, and management a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools to enhance marketing and operational efficiency.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a business.
• Background or interest in the healthcare or cosmetic surgery industry is a plus.
