Job Description
Hiring Immediately Medical Device Assembler/Electrical Overview: - The technician's responsibilities is to complete the final integration and testing of the products along with the fellow mechanical technician as per the standard SOP's and checklists and complete the final test. To be able to identify the problems/issues found during assembly/build, diagnose and troubleshoot the product and coordinate with India team for any unresolved issues and work towards resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Executing required electrical, electronics assembly and testing requirements for the all the products as per the production plan/schedule.
- Interpretation of SOP, checklist and follow the same during the assembly and testing of final products.
- Ensure proper handling of components/parts during assembly/sub-assembly and do not cause any damage to the parts/components.
- Maintain all the related documents of assembly as needed. Ex: job traveler cards, stage inspection checklist final test protocols, product COC etc. and file a copy of the same for audits.
- Record and report any assembly challenges/issues faced and communicate back to the manufacturing site in India and seek appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the assembly and sub-assembly building.
- Follow the work schedules and coordinated activities with other assembly /line technicians for the final assembly / Sub-assembly build and final test.
- Obtain clearance from the Head of manufacturing before moving the finished goods to the stores.
- Keep all the assembly equipment/tools in good working condition, perform regular inspection, maintain annual calibrations, cleaning, servicing along with routine and preventative maintenance to keep everything in order.
Skills Required: - Minimum of 0-2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry lines doing the assembly/integration of the final product.
- Ability to read and interpret SOP's, work instructions, analyzing blueprints and schematics for the assembly and testing of Electrical and Electronics systems of the product.
- Knowledge of Safety Procedures and Regulations of working in manufacturing line/industries
- Good communication skills oral, verbal and written communication in English.
Education: - Any Electrical and Electronics graduate with 0-2 years of working experience in a small/medium scale manufacturing industry.
