The Pediatric Pulmonology Division is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Medical Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our five pediatric pulmonologists and two nurse practitioners. The ideal candidate will show patience, compassion, and an ability to work effectively with children and families in a clinical environment.
This role will include providing administrative support, with a particular focus on assisting the pediatric sleep physician and associated sleep program. Duties will involve ordering supplies for both the pulmonary and sleep laboratories, managing and tracking expenses, maintaining appropriate inventory, organizing data and additional related administrative tasks. The Medical Assistant will serve as an integral member of the care team, ensuring smooth coordination of clinical and administrative tasks to support excellence in both patient care and research initiatives.
