We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Foothill Ranch, California. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement email campaigns that align with marketing objectives and drive audience engagement.
• Develop and manage marketing activities, including digital campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Asana to streamline project management and content creation.
• Optimize website performance and manage content updates using WordPress.
• Leverage HubSpot to track campaign performance and analyze customer data.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content to increase brand awareness and audience interaction.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to community engagement in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing platforms.
• Track and report on campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on digital strategies.
• Proficiency in email campaign management and digital marketing tools.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, WordPress, and HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with marketing metrics and reporting tools.
