We are seeking an experienced ABM Marketing Specialist to join our Field marketing team at Insight. This role will be responsible for developing and executing personalized marketing campaigns that target top accounts with the goal to drive pipeline and grow revenue within those top accounts. As the ABM Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and execution of global campaigns in collaboration with the field marketing, corporate marketing, and sales teams. Additionally, you'll work on building 1:few and 1:1 ABM marketing campaigns, ensuring personalized and targeted approaches for specific account segments.
This candidate will be required to leverage tools such as SalesForce, Demandbase, Tech Target, Zoom Info and Marketo (or equivalent) to understand interest and intent from top accounts and personas. The ABM Marketing Specialist will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing tactics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This position demands a creative mindset for developing innovative ABM strategies, as well as an analytical approach to utilize data for driving outcomes and refining tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic account-based marketing plans to engage key accounts and drive pipeline growth.
- Implement omnichannel, personalized ABM campaign plans incorporating multiple communication channels including email, web, digital advertising, direct mail, and virtual/in-person events.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing SMEs on campaign development, content creation, digital marketing execution, and messaging.
- Measure and report on ABM success metrics to broader marketing team (e.g. campaign performance, opportunity influence, account-level engagement, and return on investment).
- Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase or equivalent) to manage and execute campaigns.
- Support the ABM Digital Marketing strategist in identifying insights from Demandbase and communicating intent and engagement data to sales in an effective and meaningful way.
- Optimize ABM campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ABM and B2B marketing.
- Manage projects through Workfront to completion and upload to the DAM.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience with a focus on ABM a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and ABM tools including Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Tech Target and / or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with campaign planning and execution, as well as messaging and creative development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across functions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to be creative and try new tactics to drive results.
The base salary range for this position is typically $75,000 to $85,000 with benefits. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
