Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Primary Care (Specialty and/or Entry Level)

Job Description for our Pharmaceutical Sales Rep role:

• Ability to quickly understand behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics, and practice settings
• Knowledge of products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines to effectively communicate in a sales environment
• Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands, achieving consistent sales growth
• Promote products ethically and in compliance with the company's sales process and marketing strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across various settings

Required Experience and Skills:

• Sales ability; prior sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to understand and communicate complex scientific and medical information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for excellence and embracing competition
• Proven success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation
• Leadership qualities
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
