We’re expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic, people-driven Marketing Communications Assistant to help support and execute grassroots campaigns and live fundraising events that create meaningful change.
This entry-level opportunity includes paid training , hands-on experience, and a direct path to leadership. No prior experience required—just a passion for people and purpose.
What You’ll Do:Assist with the planning and execution of community outreach , fundraising campaigns , and nonprofit marketing events
Represent nonprofit partners with authentic enthusiasm and professionalism
Engage directly with donors and community members to raise awareness and build lasting support
Ensure campaign messaging aligns with nonprofit values and complies with regulations
Help coordinate logistics for live events, team activities, and campaign reporting
Participate in leadership development and ongoing training sessions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, empathetic, and highly people-focused
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable in fast-paced , team-based environments
Passionate about social causes , advocacy, and community empowerment
Willing to travel locally for outreach events and nonprofit activities
Experience in customer service , events , or fundraising is a plus (but not required)
Hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing, communications, and fundraising
