Messa Sync is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within the marketing field. _Please note: This position does not involve social media management._

**Responsibilities**

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support campaign initiatives
• Prepare presentations, marketing reports, and meeting materials
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities and assets
• Conduct market research and compile competitor analysis
• Support in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and communications
• Monitor marketing budgets and track campaign performance metrics

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
