We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Analyst specializing in Paid Media to join our team. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support innovative marketing campaigns and collaborate with creators.

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, ensuring effective reporting and pacing.
• Source and organize advertising creative materials for various campaigns.
• Collaborate with social media creators to ensure timely delivery of content that meets quality standards.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing project details.
• Assist in building media plans and trafficking ads to maximize campaign performance.

Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid media and marketing, particularly in self-service platforms.
• Proficiency in self-service ad management tools such as Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with project management software like Asana or Basecamp.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus but not mandatory.
