Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on improving manufacturing processes, enhancing production efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our operations. The Manufacturing Engineer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency.
  • Utilize 3D solid modeling tools, such as Solid Works, for tool design and product development.
  • Lead projects aimed at reducing non-conformance and improving quality on the production floor.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and minimize waste.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with production teams to gather feedback and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception through execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for pneumatic and hydraulic systems used in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process manufacturing with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with tool design and mechanical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Experience in manufacturing process development and production efficiency improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software, including 3D solid modeling tools like Solid Works.
  • Strong communication skills and production floor experience.
