Salary: $66,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Details
Ideal Skill Set for Maintenance
5% Monthly Safety Bonus
? Low voltage 12/24v, 120/ 230 single phase, 240/480 3 phase proficiency. Capable of reading
print, and using VOM. Need to trouble shoot to resolve the problem!
? Arc flash training
? Capable of reading PLC ladder print to diagnosis problem.
? Hydraulic, capable to read print, and to trouble shoot and repair.
? Pneumatics, capable to read print, and to trouble shoot and repair.
? Vacuum, capable to read print, and to trouble shoot and repair.
? Repair to pneumatic tools
? Plumbing capabilities, Map gas soldier
? HVAC, basic or advanced skill.
? Understanding of basic greases and oils.
? Capable of using precision measure equipment: stating with calipers, micrometers (ID/OD,
Depth), indicators, precision levels. Understand finish, sizes, alignments, and squares.
? Machining capability- lath, mills, grinders, CNC
? Have good knowledge of mechanical capability including precision bearings, seals,
? Good Manufacturing Practices – there are a lot of them.
? 5S understanding and will have to follow
? Any CMMS knowledge (Maint PO/WO/ PM)
? PC capable - Microsoft office systems
? Be part of a team to complete projects and backlog of corrective action work load
? Fork lift/ Scissors lift / boom lift
? Fall protection training
? PPE training
