Job Description

Support Service Assistant/ Dock Controller
. Professionally represents Comapny Real Estate and Facilities Services (REFS) organization both externally and within Company
. Assist with campus wide support service request as needed
. Coordinates office moves
. Receives and distributes incoming mail, interoffice, and packages
. Maintain and gather data metrics to support the activities of mail operations
. Posts all departments' daily mail and delivery of posted mail to USPS downtown office
. Maintain postage machines/postage requests and supplies
. Preparation of all FedEx/UPS/services labels
. Place orders for standard office supplies and special request
. Move furniture and office components
. Maintain and operate loading dock area
. Safe operation of company motor vehicles and following all traffic laws and speed limits while driving


Education/ Experience Required 
. Minimum of 1 year of applicable of experience
. Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited, state certified program
. Shipping & Receiving experience
. Must possess a current, valid driver's license
. Mus be able to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis
. Must be able to work in the United States indefinitely


Skills Desired
. Must be customer service focused
. Construction knowledge preferred
. Ability to safely operate a pallet jack
. Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance
. Needs excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure
