Position: Luxury Travel Advisor - Europe Specialist

In this role, you will work with prestigious travel agency partners, offering bespoke travel experiences to discerning clients. As a Luxury Travel Advisor - Europe Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, from the initial inquiry to the final booking and beyond. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position that requires a combination of excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of European destinations, and a passion for providing personalized luxury travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for our partner travel agencies and their luxury clients, providing outstanding and tailored service at every step of their travel journey.
Use your expertise to convert leads into bookings, utilizing your persuasive skills and strong closing techniques.
Design bespoke travel itineraries for clients, ensuring every detail is perfectly curated to meet their unique preferences.
Manage a high volume of inquiries and bookings, staying motivated to consistently surpass sales goals and performance targets.
Address client inquiries and concerns proactively, ensuring that all issues are resolved quickly and effectively, offering a seamless experience from start to finish.
Foster strong, ongoing relationships with partner agencies through regular communication, follow-ups, and support to encourage repeat business.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and bookings using our internal CRM system.
Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in luxury travel and European destinations to offer informed, relevant recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Travel Advisor, with at least 3 years of expertise in planning and booking European itineraries. A passion for Europe is a must!
A basic understanding of margins vs. markups in the travel industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
A strong background in relationship-based sales, consistently exceeding sales targets and achieving results.
Highly organized with excellent time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and competing priorities.
A keen eye for detail, able to offer customized recommendations based on client preferences.
Proficient in using CRM systems and travel reservation software.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
