A large hospital is seeking a cardiac anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.
Central Georgia is known as the Heart of Georgia, and you can visit the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, and the Ocmulgee Mounds National Historic Park!
This position involves a variety of cases, including general, ENT, orthopedics, neurology, cardiac, vascular, gynecology, thoracic, basic pediatrics, regionals, and blocks. It operates under a Care Team model with a 1:4 ratio and a Monday through Friday schedule. Providers willing to take beeper call are preferred. The role is open to pediatric-capable providers who may have some hands-on responsibilities at a sister hospital. Board certification or true board eligibility is required, along with a cardiac fellowship.
