WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a LPN / LVN for a local contract job in Queens, New York.

WCS Healthcare is partnering with a large organization focused on servicing patients with Cerebral Palsy. They are currently in need of an LPN for their day shifts. This person must be willing to commit to a full 40 hours per week and 8 hour long shifts. Within those bounds, the client is flexible on scheduling (schedules range from 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, and allow for breaks/gaps in time to handle personal matters, etc.). This LPN will be offered competitive pay and benefits. The weekly pay for this position is $1,200 - $1,400.

Job Function:

• Day Shift
\n
• 9am - 5pm
\n
• Perform assessment of residents and update Registered Nurse as needed for additional care.
\n
• Dispense medication and document in medication administration.
\n
• Provide hands on care to improve the health of residents.
\n
• Maintain health records as required.
\n
• Assist the Registered Nurse in conducting and implementing health related training for residents and staff.
\n
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of health initiatives for residents.

Job Requirements :

• Licensed Practical Nurse in New York

• Willingness to work with target patient population
\n
• No previous experience required
\n
