Job Description

A high-profile professional is seeking a Domestic Couple who will provide excellent attention to detail and demonstrate the utmost integrity. The couple must be able to perform deep cleaning and maintain all areas of the home, both interior and exterior. The role will support the Principals from their Hamptons home, with occasional travel as needed to additional properties in both Miami, FL, and New York, NY.

The schedule is live-in, five days per week with two days off.

Live-In Accommodation - Detached guest house on property.

Job Duties;

• House Management of property, interior and exterior
• Daily housekeeping, deep cleaning, organizing.
• Heavy duty cleaning, pressure wash and maintain the exterior of the home.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks on the grounds.
• Personal Laundry with attention to detail, pressing, steaming, wardrobe organization
• Care for high-end furnishing
• Prepare property for guest arrival and attending to request
• Assist with meal preparation, serving and clean up.
• Maintaining equipment and appliances
• Handyman duties and maintenance of the property systems, HVAC, Light plumbing, electrical ,pool etc.
• Inspection of property, identifying issues and resolving
• Petcare- walk and feed dog
• Provide care for house pets, including walking and feeding them as necessary.
• Supervise contractor visits
• Vehicle maintenance and service
• Procurement, restocking supplies, running errands
• Maintain the vehicles, including scheduling and overseeing car washes, oil changes, brakes, tires, and routine checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Fulfill any extra errands as required (e.g., purchasing supplies, picking up prescriptions, dropping off dry cleaning, receiving packages)
• Requirements:
  
  • 10 years + experience
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently.
  • Work well unsupervised.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Handle maintenance and cleaning
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with guests.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • Travel as needed.
  • Open to working weekends.

Compensation

• Base Salary Starting at $250k (based on experience), PTO, Bonus, other benefits
