As a Line Cook at Dorney Park, you'll prepare and cook food items to quality specifications while maintaining a clean and safe work area. This role involves following Serv Safe procedures, utilizing prep charts, and fostering a positive and efficient kitchen environment. You'll also enjoy perks like paid training, discounts, and opportunities for seasonal promotions while contributing to guest satisfaction and community experiences.

• Cooks, cools, and prepares food items in accordance to Serv Safe specifications 

• Ensure you are promoting our safety culture, to include use and maintenance of PPE 

• Follow correct prepping procedures and utilize prep charts. 

• Earn a PAID food handler certificate. 

• Keeps work area clean, sanitary, and orderly 

• Properly store and rotate stock. 

• Use, maintain and clean all kitchen equipment, as well as preparation and storage areas. 

• Follow direction from superiors, while understanding the chain of command
