We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Medicare Specialist to join an insurance company in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a long-term contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our department while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a deep understanding of Medicare products and compliance standards. Responsibilities:

• Sell Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement plans, and related products over the phone to seniors.
• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and results.
• Take initiative to research and find answers independently before seeking assistance.
• Maintain compliance with CMS and company guidelines in all sales activities.
• Track and report daily activity, including dials, talk time, and pipeline metrics.

• Active health insurance license is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare products, enrollment timelines, and compliance policies.
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Strong communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing high volumes of outbound and inbound calls.
• Self-motivated and eager to take ownership of sales results.
• Experience in consultative selling and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with tools and systems required for tracking sales activity and metrics.
