Synergy Preserve LLC  is looking for skilled and reliable HVAC technicians to join our team as independent contractors. If you have experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and enjoy helping customers stay comfortable year-round, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be responsible for:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Performing load calculations to ensure systems are properly sized and efficiently function.
Replacing and installing gas furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units.
Conducting ductwork installations and ensuring they are properly sealed and insulated.
Performing airflow balancing and adjusting system components to meet efficiency standards.
Troubleshooting refrigerant leaks and compressor issues in cooling systems.
Installing and configuring thermostats and zoning systems to improve energy efficiency.
Performing preventative maintenance like cleaning coils, replacing filters, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Conducting system pressurization checks and adjusting pressure settings for optimal performance.
Ensuring HVAC systems comply with safety and energy efficiency standards.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Licensed HVAC Technician (strongly encouraged).
Necessary tools for HVAC work.
