Medicare Sales Agent (Full Time – 32 Hours/Week)

SVJ Insurance Advisors is looking for a motivated and coachable Medicare Sales Agent to help guide clients through Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement enrollment. We’re committed to providing win/win insurance solutions and building long-term relationships — and we want someone who shares that vision.

✅ Position Highlights

• Schedule : 32 hours per week (3 days in the office, flexible hours)
• Location : Collegeville office with in-person collaboration
• Pay : $18.00/hour base + commission
• Benefits : Paid health insurance after 1 year with the agency
• Perks : Paid training, marketing support, and performance-based growth opportunities
• Focus : Selling Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement plans, PDP and Ancillary plans over the phone and in person

What You’ll Do

• Educate clients about Medicare options and help them choose the right plan
• Handle incoming leads and conduct outbound follow-up
• Enroll eligible individuals into Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain ongoing communication
• Collaborate with team members during in-office days to share strategies and support
• Present Medicare 101 presentations to small groups in office and in the local community as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Life & Health Insurance License ( Health Only is okay)
• Previous experience in Medicare sales or insurance is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics simply
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with basic technology (CRM systems, Zoom, etc.)
• Willingness to work on-site 3 days per week in Collegeville office
• Someone looking to be a part of the future success of the agency
