Alcove boasts 34 stories of stunning architecture and is stacked with breath taking rooftop amenities such as Nashville’s first clear acrylic bottom pool cantilevered over the sidewalk 34 floors below. The perfect leasing Rockstar will naturally:

• Exhibit a positive and professional first impression to all residents, and prospects.
• Convert leads into building tours by timely responding to all prospect inquiries and provide valuable information about Alcove and the downtown neighborhood.
• Guide energetic and personalized tours of Alcove resulting in new lease applications.
• Work some weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home.
• Deliver exemplary customer service to our current residents whether assisting with concierge services, maintenance service requests or executing the renewal lease.
