We are looking for a Leasing Agent who will be responsible for following a trained leasing process, attaining sales and retention goals and setting the pace for fellow team members.

The individual should be willing to work in a fun, competitive leasing environment, willing to work some weekends and have flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically present property, apartments and provided amenities to prospective tenants
• Advertise available apartments using a variety of media and promotional materials
• Manage each application from 'applied' status to move-in
• Stay knowledgeable of the property market
• Provide information on all aspects of the property
• Ensure occupancy goals are achieved

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred
• Yardi and CRM experience highly preferred
• Saturday hours are required
• Retail, hospitality and property management backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• The individual must have an outgoing personality
• Must have strong communication skills and a desire to learn
• Must have proven reliability, be goal oriented, and willing to adapt to a fast paced and quickly changing environment
