Our Metuchen salon is currently seeking Lash stylists to join our team! We are looking for licensed cosmetologist or esthetician, all experience levels welcome.

We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!
Requirements: - Applicants MUST hold an active Cosmetology or Esthetician license
- Willing to learn and follow the established training program
- Be available for a minimum of 35 hours per week while obtaining Certification
- Treat all customers and peers with courtesy, respect and professionalism; we take this very seriously
- Take self-promotion and sales seriously: from building their book, to recommending retail products to customers
- Be willing to adhere to dress code, maintaining a hygienic and tidy appearance
- Have a passion to provide exemplary service to all guests
- Maintain their stations; ensuring the space is clean, tidy, well organized. Stylists are required to clean their stations at the end of each shift
- In a post-COVID-19 world, our salon will be taking extra sanitary measures to ensure the safety of customers and other staff. Stylists WILL be expected follow our strict protocol on maintaining deep sanitization after each client, and maintain their stations.

Compensation: $45,000- $55,000
