As the Landscape Architect Studio Lead of Groundwork Studio, you will lead and mentor a talented team, shaping the future of our studio while designing vibrant, sustainable spaces that inspire and engage communities. This leadership role allows you to transform public spaces, urban areas, and educational environments into thriving landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage landscape architecture projects from concept to construction.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-disciplinary teams to create innovative, sustainable designs.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering their growth and professional development.
• Lead client engagements, ensuring project alignment with client goals and internal standards.
• Contribute to business development and studio growth initiatives.
  

Performance Objectives

• 30 Days : Understand current projects, team dynamics, and client relationships. Begin assessing team strengths and mentoring junior staff.
• 60 Days : Lead projects, ensuring they meet client expectations. Establish yourself as a trusted leader within the team.
• 90 Days : Take full ownership of project delivery, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Begin contributing to business development efforts.
• 1 Year : Establish yourself as a key studio leader, successfully delivering high-impact projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to studio growth and strategic planning.
